Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, if you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Leaking or defective packaging

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or incorrect.
